What Are The Payment Options?
Sac Moda accepts Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, JCB, Solo & Maestro cards through our payment provider. For wholesale purposes, we accept Bank Transfer too.
We do NOT accept Paypal, Western Union or any other form of payments.
Do Sac Moda Keep my Card Information?
No, Sac Moda NEVER retain any details of your card. All transactions are sent to our payment provider when you submit the information & your card is charged on the spot. Our Payment Processor has full fraud detection/prosecution module and will investigate all fraud/chargeback meticulously.
Will I Face Custom Issues When Buying from Sac Moda?
Usually no. Sac Moda send all packages as "Personal Items" with a minimal declared value to avoid any tax. As such, Custom issues/VAT usually do not arise.. In any event, Sac Moda has a Delivery Guarantees (consumer only).
When Will My Order Be Processed?
All orders are processed from Mon-Fri during office hours (except public holidays). It usually take approximately 2~3 business days to pack (+back office work). After which, it will be shipped out & the normal shipping timeframe will then apply.
How Long Does It Take For My Order To Reach Me?
It depends on the destinations & the shipping method (Registered Airmail or Express Mail). Usually, it takes 11 days to reach UK & 14 days for USA.
