- Product Warranty
- Sac Moda offers a 30-Days Full Warranty for all our products.
- Any faulty products you received, weather due to manufacturing fault or poor handling by postal service, will be replaced FREE.
- Return the product to us within 30-days & we will replace the item (same make/model) via Standard Airmail.
- Please disregard the shipping address on the package & obtain a new return address from us » e-mail us.
- We will refund the shipping charges incurred to you on your credit card.
- You may not exchange the product for money (no refund) or other make/models. Hope you understand that this is to prevent abuse.
- Delivery Guarantee
- All packages are shipped with shipping reference & can be tracked online.
- Sac Moda provides Delivery Guarantee that you will receive your order.
- We also guarantee that your product will go through custom; which ever country you are in.
- However, please understand that the guarantee will be voided should you provide a wrong mailing address.
- Also, Sac Moda will impose a reshipping fee if the package is returned to us due to non-collection (postal service will leave a Pick-Up Card if nobody is around) or invalid address.
- Return Policy
- Sac Moda will be very happy to replace (FREE) any faulty products or will reship order should it be lost.
- We do our best to provide maximum details on the products that we are offering; including views from different angles, dimension & weight details; for your consideration when making a purchase.
- However, we allow for Returns within 7-days of receiving the item(s) --with a 30% Restocking Fee.
- Possible reasons includes disliking the color, too big, too small, etc, etc (all these info are available in the product detail).
- You need to return the un-used item (email us for a return address) & provide us with the Shipping Reference.
- The Restocking fee is 30%. We will refund 70% of the Product Price (only) to your credit card.
